The Minister of Education of Kosovo, Mrs. Arberie Nagavci visited the Kyoto University of the Arts and met with President Yoshikawa, who welcomed the visit of the Minister and Ambassador Sabri Kicmari. They discussed how the Republic of Kosovo and the University can establish a cooperative relationship.
