ACUNS President Franz Baumann's New Article "China’s Climate Policies: How Great a Leap Forward?"

ACUNS President Franz Baumann says China dominates the world’s clean energy industry while being by far the world’s largest greenhouse gas emitter. While China is still far below those of the U.S. and many other OECD countries in terms of per capita installations, China added in the past six months twice as much solar capacity to its grid as Germany did in the past 25 years. The number of turbine installations in China is now almost three times that of the United States.
